On a personal look at Psalm 103 it's easy to recap many of the benefits we have as God's children. Here are some of them from this Psalm.
He forgives all or iniquities.
He heals our diseases.
He redeems our life from destruction.
He crowns us with lovingkindness and tender mercies.
He satisfies our mouths with good things.
He renews us.
He executes righteousness and justice to the oppressed.
He is merciful and gracious.
He is slow to anger.
He is abounding in mercy.
He knows our frame.
The mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting.
What is our response?
Bless the Lord, all you His hosts, You who serve Him, doing His will.
Bless the Lord, all you works of His, In all places of His dominion;
Bless the Lord, O my soul.

Bread for the Journey
I've been married since December 1974 to Dear. My degree was in Home Economics with an Elementary Teaching Credential. We have 2 sons and a daughter who are all married as of 2015. Our first granddaughter was born in 2017. Our first grandson was born in 2019. We enjoy living in Washington State. Both my parents were born in Russia so I'm 100% Russian. They immigrated to the U.S.A. via Iran just after WWII. I was born and raised in the East Los Angeles area of California.
