ReplyDeleteGosh, that sounds delicious! It would be perfect here today. We are very chilly in Northern Ohio.
ReplyDeleteWhere to find Old Bay Seasoning...
ReplyDeleteUse vegetable broth and you have an excellent vegetarian meal. You can substitute lentils if you don't have peas.
ReplyDeleteSounds like a perfect day to try this soup recipe....
ReplyDeleteI love split pea soup so I know I'll love this! Thank you!
ReplyDeleteGreat minds "eat" alike ... I made split pea soup today too. I had a ham soup bone in the freezer and decided to use it. I didn't have kale in my recipe - that sounds like a wonderful addition.
ReplyDeleteJust the same as I make green split pea soup except I have not put in the Old Bay Seasoning nor the kale. I do use ham bones when I have one. Next time I'll be adding the Old Bay! Thank you.
ReplyDeleteadd the seasonings when you add the broth?
ReplyDeleteYes, I've added that info to the recipe!
