  64. I shared your blog with friends at work. Today, I brought in "2 bite coconut Flour brownies adapted from your amazing Coconut flour brownie recipe. I added a bit1/2 teaspoons baking powder, a small amount of chocolate chips, some frozen cherries pureed for extra moisture and flavour (don't add cold stuff to the hot cocoa/coconut oil mixture) and dried snipped tart cherries for that extra punch. Into mini muffin tins, 350 F. 20 min or more depending on how much cherry puree added (still trying to figure out exact amount) Loved and appreciated by the Celiacs colleague who seldom gets to eat treats at work and enjoyed by those who were trying to figure out why she was eating these brownies! They didn't know they were gluten free.
