Divide recipe in half for a smaller group.
Confession: When I made this recipe I forgot to add the cheese. Oops! We had very hot wing sauce on hand and the roll-ups were very spicy. I'd recommend medium or mild to please a larger crowd.
Oh..Mah..Goodness! I want these with my morning coffee...is that a bad thing? Can not wait to test drive your recipe out in my kitchen. Got the "Husband Approved Nod" just now, so its a GO Ü Thanks so much for sharing!!
ReplyDeleteDo you toast or warm your tortillas before using them? I really like the idea of wraps but not the uncooked taste of the tortillas.
ReplyDeleteI did not toast or warm the tortillas. If you do that you should probably eat them immediately and refrigerate any you aren't going to eat right away.
DeleteI have a similar recipe that I toast up in the oven for maybe 10 minutes as rolls, until the cheese looks melted. I only bake as many as we will need and refrigerate or freeze the rest.
DeleteThis sounds wonderful! I've never used wing sauce when making mine although I always use cream cheese and ranch dressing... I like the idea of adding the wing sauce, so I will have to give this a try!
ReplyDeleteThis sound delish, will have to make these for sure!!

Great recipe - love the idea of adding the wing sauce!
ReplyDeleteIf I don't have dried ranch seasoning packets, how much of the liquid ranch dressing would I mix in with the cream cheese?
ReplyDeleteI would try one cup and then give it a taste and see if you'd want to add more.
