Embarrassingly easy ... but too good not to post!
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg chocolate cake mix
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten - 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup rolled oats
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well.
- Drop dough by tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake for 8 - 10 minutes at 350 F.
- Cool before removing from cookie sheets.
These are good for dessert, still warm, served with ice cream and chocolate fudge sauce.
Yields 30 large cookies.
I'll have to try these. They look wonderful!
