These tasty little no bake morsels, are so easy to whip up and with ingredients that we often have on hand. They are chewy, chocolaty and oh so melt in your mouth good.
  • 1-12 oz pkg. chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cups butter or margarine
  • 1- 250 gm or small bag marshmallows
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups of rice crisp type cereal
  • 1 cup of coconut
  1. Melt chocolate chips, margarine and marshmallow, stirring constantly until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.
  3. Drop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet or on to waxed paper.
  4. Refrigerate til set.
  5. Roll in extra coconut, just to make it look festive.
  6. Now try to control yourself, they are addictive...;-).

    A definite "must try"! Thanks!

  2. These chocolate clusters would be a wonderful addition to my Christmas collection.

  3. These sound awesome! Maybe tinting the coconut for the outside green or red would be a nice holiday touch.

  4. A must try! wondering too if any of you have a great recipe for almond rocca? thanks

  5. Question: I buy in bulk sizes? How many cups of chocolate chips and marshmallows? Thanks.

  6. agnes, bulk is the way to go if you bake alot....
so it would be two cups chocolate chips and 4 cups mini marshmallow.

  7. Charlotte--Thanks. I have extra freezer space so I dedicate one shelf for baking products and some finished goods. That way, even if it takes me a year to go through some items they are always fresh. Bought my glaced fruit at clearance last year and was fresh for Christmas cake this year.

  8. I just made these today and mine look more like puddles than balls..hmmm..not quite sure what I did wrong!
