Smoothies are a summer favorite here and as the fruits come into season the flavors change. They are quick and easy to whip up in a blender or the food processor.
A refreshing treat on a hot summer day!
- 1 3/4 cups vanilla frozen yogurt...or ice cream
- 1 3/4 cups vanilla yogurt
- 1 small banana
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup angel flake coconut
- 1/2 cup milk
- a little splash of vanilla
- Put everything in the blender and mix until smooth.
- Pour into pretty glasses and serve.
- Serves 5
