  2. Ooh these cookies look scrumptious. I've never baked cookies using honey before, shame on me! I'll have to rectify that. Thank you for the fab recipe. Sammie www.feastingisfun.com

  3. I knew that this was your recipe before I even scrolled down to the bottom. Your pictures are often very close up. You might want to try a bit further away, as the cookie is almost distorted, and I don't think the photo does that yummy cookie much justice. I am definitely not an expert on photography..... but I am an expert in tasting cookies! Looking forward to trying this one!

  5. What is liquid Honey? I've never known it to come in another form....should we just use regular Honey from a Jar or the "Bear"?

    1. Yes, honey comes in the comb, a rather "solid" version. It also comes granulated to use like sugar; from specialty stores usually. Liquid honey IS from the jar or Bear

    2. I buy my honey directly from a farm and comes in two forms. Liquid like you would find in the store in a jar or bear, or in a creamed version. All I had left was the creamed kind and needed to heat it up to bring it back to a liquid form so it was easier to work with. Thanks for the good question. Sandra Olsen thanks telling us about a granulated version. I was unaware of that. I will keep my eye open for that.

    1. Mix 1/2 a tablespoon ground flax seed with 1 1/2 tablespoons water. Set aside until it gels. This equals 1 egg.
