ohhhh...yum! I've seen the dip where you combine cream cheese, vanilla, brown sugar and cinnamon and it's great but the caramel on top. oh my goodness!! over the top!
ReplyDeleteWhat a decadent combination! Looks so yummy! Rhoda
ReplyDeleteOh, this is one of my FAVORITES - sooooo good (and hard to stop eating!)
ReplyDeleteOhhh .. Yum ! this would solve the problem of there being too much apple for too little caramel, wouldn't it ?? smile
ReplyDeleteMy daughter recently made this. It's hard not to just dip into it with a spoon - it is so yummy! A nice crisp apple and the caramel is a great combo.
ReplyDeleteLooks like Christmas colors - would be great on a sweet buffet!

YUM!
ReplyDeleteLooks soooo delicious, thanks for sharing it.
ReplyDeleteCould someone please tell this Aussie girl what Skor bars are..... :)
ReplyDeleteWendy...Skor bars are a rich buttery toffee bar made by Hershey's in the USA and Canada. Skor bits are sold in bags like chocolate chips...bits of Skor bar to be used in baking. Substitute crushed toffee of your choice if Skor bars are not to be had:)
DeleteThis was quite a hit when I made it for church snacks on Sunday. I did add a dash of cinnamon to the cream cheese mixture. It also keeps very well as I made extra to have a home and have been getting a bit of it everyday to enjoy on an apple. Thank you so much. This is a recipe that I will use again and again.
