1 cup uncooked Basmati rice
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tsp fresh dill, chopped fine
1 tsp lemon zest, (or 1 tsp lemon juice)
- Bring the water and chicken broth to a boil.
- Add the rice and simmer gently until the rice is tender and the water is absorbed.
- Before serving stir in the dill and the lemon zest.
