I use ordinary unbleached flour ... the same for pastry as for bread.,,.
but I do like to mix in some whole wheat or multigrain for bread.
I hope that helps.Anneliesehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10288355284573379421noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6454531829676162260.post-31097869854092844312012-10-18T23:32:47.532-07:002012-10-18T23:32:47.532-07:00Hi Anneliese
Just a quick question about your cup...Hi Anneliese

Just a quick question about your cup measures. I live in Australia and am used to weighing amounts for cooking. When you use, say, a cup full of flour, do you spoon the flour into the cup or do you simply scoop the cup through the flour bin? Might sound like a silly question but I have heard that the 'scooping' can compact the flour and therefore not be a really good way to do it. Is this true? Also, with your cream puff recipe, do you use bread making flour or ordinary cake flour? Thanks.

SonyaAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6454531829676162260.post-50847477413190321522012-03-03T06:08:31.795-08:002012-03-03T06:08:31.795-08:00Wow, these are amazing! I fill them with chicken salad or cream depending upon the occasion. There is a wonderful place here in Atlanta that they call the Swan House and they serve them as their signature dessert. I was there right after Mother's day for lunch with my daughter, and after I took a bite and took off the old Swan's head I thought I should take a photo for my blog:) Too late to put the head back on:) Good excuse to go back again to eat more and take photos:)
JoyceJoycehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14023307609205834495noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6454531829676162260.post-68833237489706234572009-06-09T13:26:38.532-07:002009-06-09T13:26:38.532-07:00Oh my gosh, that it is prettiest dessert ever!!
