I did it in a deep dish pie pan with foil... after it had baked and cooled a bit I lifted it out and removed the foil for serving. So pretty! In fact I prefer neufchatel to regular cream cheese and use it often (though I've never made cheesecake, so I can't judge on that). Light sour cream might be pushing it - I've found the texture is usually much runnier than full-fat. Fat free of either would be a disaster.Sarahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11252892875671593413noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6454531829676162260.post-65083157287686752402012-05-12T20:40:43.384-07:002012-05-12T20:40:43.384-07:00oh ! boy its 14 % cream used here ,,or is it ...oh ! boy its 14 % cream used here ,,or is it lightAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6454531829676162260.post-3744002915555101152012-05-12T14:31:14.190-07:002012-05-12T14:31:14.190-07:00Betty, there was a question about using light sou...Betty, there was a question about using light sour cream and I see now that's what you used.
