Try to put it all in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to see if it will start to firm up. Then before it gets too firm, whip it some more. It should be soft but certainly not runny. It is at the last stage in my mixer now, and is runny! So runny. Not sure what has gone wrong or if it is eventually supposed to whip up soft and fluffy. Any advice? I did cook the mixture last night and cooled it fully, it did thicken, but only to a gravy consistency. I want it to be good for their wedding.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6454531829676162260.post-13427807231394064872014-08-25T06:59:15.295-07:002014-08-25T06:59:15.295-07:00What a great idea! That way it is always dissolved and there is never a chance of it being "grainy". I always cook it in the microwave so I don't scorch or burn it on. If you have left over icing it freezes well.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6454531829676162260.post-89927816568024291112014-08-21T10:50:48.092-07:002014-08-21T10:50:48.092-07:00Thank you Julie.
