Shred s...We buy gyro meat to make our Greek pizza. Shred some up...keep the rest in the freezer. Though our Greek pizza is cold. We use a crescent roll crust, top with the cucumber yogurt sauce. Then sprinkle on chopped cucumbers, tomato, onion, gyro meat, sprinkle with chopped dill or parsley, sliced black olives and feta cheese crumbles.
