My sister inlaw and I were chatting today about the various flours. She bought a brand that she always used and wondered if the company has done something different because everything she was making needed more flour than usual. I really can't suggest anything other than adding a bit more flour. I personally have not had the same experience with this recipe and found it moist but not doughy. I didn't want large pieces.
