Pesto Brie

Pesto Brie is an easy tasty appetizer for any occasion. Serve it with bread slices or hearty crackers.

The method for this is very easy. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Divide the Brie round carefully through the middle. Place the first round in an oven proof dish of your choice rind side down. Put a layer of prepared pesto on the cut round. Add some chopped tomatoes on top of the pesto. Place the other round of Brie on top, rind side down. If you want you can try to remove the rind but it is completely edible. Put another layer of pesto on top of the round and add more chopped tomatoes on top. Place in preheated oven until the cheese begins to melt, about 20-25 minutes. Serve with your choice of sliced bread or crackers.
