This is a quick and easy dip to make, you can dip or spread it on crackers. We enjoyed it while still hot but I'm sure it would be good served cold too.
1/2 cup finely grated raw carrots
1/2 cup finely grated celery
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
couple dashes hot sauce..or you could add diced jalepeno...you pick the heat you want or omit entirely.
Mix together and put it in a small greased ovenproof dish.
Bake at 375º for approx 20 to 25 min or until it's bubbly and slightly browned.
Spread on crackers and enjoy.
