Bread for the Journey

As a deer pants for streams of water,
so my soul pants for you, O God.
My soul thirsts for God, for the living God.
Psalm 42:1-2

Sometimes we go through life with challenges, and we seek all kinds of ways to cope with it, or to fill the deep thirst within us. When the truth is there is nothing that can quench that yearning in our soul like God.
The psalmist continues by saying......"My tears have been my food day and night.
If that has been your story in the last days. I encourage you to come to God, the one that can dry your tears, and fill your cup til over flowing.
I wish you peace my friends, and may your days be filled with shouts of joy and thanksgiving.

  5. We've just come from a few days at the ocean. I was impressed with what an abundance of water God has provided. Would His water of life be any less abundant?
