Ingredients 2 cups mayonnaise (I use low fat Hellmans) 1/3 cup buttermilk 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1/4 cup water 2 tbsp. white vinegar 3/4 tsp. prepared mustard 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper 4 - 5 cloves of minced garlic
Mix mayonnaise and buttermilk. Whisk in remaining ingredients. Let rest, covered and refrigerate several hours before using.
